Lieutnt Colonel Phipps presents his Cimpliments to Count Reventlow, and begs to acquaint him that he has this day had the Honor to lay befor Her Majesty the Queen His Excellency's Letter, addressed to Liutnt Colonel Seymour, in which is contained a translation of that from the Danish Poet Andersen which accompanied the Copy of his tales addressed to Her Majesty. The Queen has commended Liutnt Colonel Phipps to request that Count Reventlow will have the goodness to transmit to mr Andersen the Assurance of the pleasure with which Her Majesty has accepted this copy of this Tales.
